Feeling a little down
Because I was feeling a little down today, I thought I'd post something that makes me smile. It's also my first foray into YouTube publishing.
Can has huge eggplant?
On Thursday I was shopping for our dinner at the fruit shop when I spied the largest eggplant I have ever seen. With no hesitation, it came home with me. Some people would assume that I have a particular fondness for eggplant; they would be wrong. In true Amanda form, I bought the eggplant because it was the largest one I'd ever seen.
I named him Igor and here are some pictures of Igor at home on Friday night before I cooked him into a delicous gratin. I tried to include Fenella for comparison but she wasn't too interested in posing.
